Three control systems for AGV cars

With the development of Industry 4.0, many enterprises have transformed and upgraded the manufacturing industry to automation, intelligence and flexible development. The application of AGV trolleys in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is very common. How to improve the efficiency of AGV efficiently and intelligently is an important part of transforming intelligent production.

The control system of the AGV trolley is the most important part of the whole operation process. It controls the state of the AGV trolley. Let's talk about the three control systems of the AGV trolley:

1. AGV logistics superior dispatching system: It is mainly adjusted according to the actual transportation conditions of the equipment to meet the needs of users. Long-term operation of the equipment, problems such as offsets in the internal parts of the equipment, resulting in the AGV equipment can not operate normally.

2, AGV ground control system: That is, the AGV upper control system is the core of the AGV system. belongs to the fixed equipment of the whole system, the main work is task assignment, vehicle scheduling and route management, etc., to ensure that the equipment can operate reasonably and in a standardized manner. If the direction of the route of the transport equipment is not clear during the transportation process, the control system will automatically adjust to indicate the correct transport route for the equipment to ensure correct transportation.

3, AGV vehicle control system: The system is mainly responsible for receiving instructions, to achieve loading and unloading operations and other functions. In the process of equipment transportation, the goods need to be unloaded and unloaded, and the equipment needs to receive instructions during the loading and unloading process to realize transportation.

The AGV is controlled by mutual cooperation among the three to achieve the purpose of logistics automation.The upper system provides a tool that flexibly defines the flow of the AGV system, and can plan or modify the path or system flow according to the actual needs of the user.
